A deep ruby in the glass with a decadent nose full of cassis & cocoa. The pallate brings forward tart pomegranate, hibiscus, with nutmeg & milk chocolate undertones throughout the finish. Not at all what I was expecting from this Pinot, but quite lovely in it's own right. Paired outstanding with an anniversary dinner of pheasant & striped bass! ($45) [11/12/20]

Another year before this bad boy gets released, but I'm pretty excited where it's at and where it's going to be. Left it open for 48 hours before drinking and it drank beautifully.
