Cuvée A Amrita Willamette Valley White Blend

This is summer. Thomas' vinho verde. Love it. I'm sure Meghan Vandette will be beating down the door soon.

Transparent straw gold. Clear at the rim. Unusual vegetal mineral nose, leaps from the glass. Quince, citrus, rubber band on the palate. Medium bright acidity with a bit of light effervescence. Can be a good food wine or a "summer sipper" easily.

Super fun blend of mainly Müller Thurgau and Pinot Blanc I believe. Just slightly efervescent. It's just gulpable

A really nice blend offering some sweetness, subtle effervescence and a clean finish

Clean peach essence with cinnamon. Nice acidity.

Nose of Meyer lemon & minerals, body of minerals with a slightly effervescent quality with clean finish.

Effervescent pear, honey. Tasty. Had with seared sockeye, Beurre blanc and sautéed spinach. Lovely

Super fresh acidity. Bright and fruity throughout. Really drinkable and interesting

Great white blend. Paired well with spicy split pea soup flavored which chilies, ginger and limes!
