Delicious fruity, crispness that you would expect from a chablis. There is a slight aftertaste to round it out but it doesn’t linger. We have to be careful not to drink it too fast before dinner. We are pairing it with bouillabaisse.

Medium minus lemon. Not very aromatic. Closed nose of white flowers, vanilla, lemon meringue, tart cherries, perfume, wild flowers, mulberry. Medium acidity, medium sugar, medium alcohol. Reminds me of a lot of Muscadet I've recently had.
