Grown in a vineyard next to the sea on granite soils, sobre lías (sur-lie) and allowed to complete a malo-lactic fermentation. Aromas and flavors of peach, apricot, honeysuckle, grapefruit, and dough. Very well-balanced, 13% alcohol, juicy acidity and lovely mouthfeel. Delightful!
