Always one of our favorite wines. Good flavor, tanins are covered. Has the depth of the cab and smooth from the merlot.

Knocked my socks off! Great berry and floral nose, and wonderful chocolate and cherry notes on the palate.

Love the blend. More balance and finesse than the cab. Cocoa and purple fruit

We love the complexity as it is a Bordeaux style blend with Cabernet, Merlot and Cab Franc. The 2012 was about 60% Cab. We were at a special winemaker dinner where we tasted the 2012 and unreleased 2013 side by side. The 2013 is 75% cab. Full fruit and very balanced. The 2013 was very tight when it was poured, but did start to open up in the glass. It does need a bit more time in the bottle, but I think while the 2012 was absolutely wonderful, the 2013 will surpass it once it is ready. Amizetta is one of our favorite wineries in Napa.
