Decidedly unfiltered with a considerable deposit of less in the bottom of the bottle, but fresh on the nose and wonderfully creamy on the palate. Subdued herbal notes with hints of grapefruit, lemon and cut grass on the nose. Well balanced in the mouth with mineral, chalky notes, lemon zest and passion fruit and a very clean medium finish. Lovely wine
