Garnacha Tintorera saignee, not much time with skins shows in lighter color than previous vintages (watermelon). A bit of neutral barrel also this time. Savory upon opening and after 12-24 hours air the berry fruit comes forward. Yum!

N: Watermelon Jolly Rancher nose, some herbal qualities around the edges.
P: Watermelons, Strawberries, lil’ bit o’ cherry. Interesting Garnacha varietal, little bit of frizzante going in. Very light soil thing going on both nose and palate.
Highly refreshing. Interesting mouthfeel, not quite polished.
No added sulfites. The natty crowd should drink up.
