Phenomenal. If Winnie the Pooh were a wine, this might be it. Honey on the nose, but not that honey that comes in a bear shaped bottle. Held up admirably to steak tartare.

I love this wine. Dry but not suck all the moisture out of your moth dry. Crisp, clean finish. As it warms, buttery flavors come out like a Chardonnay.
