Natural Weissburgunder aka Pinot Blanc from Burgenland, Austria. Alexander Koppitsch. Big oak barrels, spontaneous fermentation, no temperature control. Lightly sulphured.
Pear, fennel, aniseed, fresh apple, lettuce stems, coriander seeds, lively acidity, fine minerality. Pear, fennel, light dried shiitake palate.
Overripe banana aftertaste.
