Gingerbread, baked yellow apples, and a slight yogurty tang I imagine is from malolactic fermentation. Plush without being plump and good acidity. Well crafted and enjoyable.

100% mlf. 70% new oak for 11 mos. Surprisingly elegant with solid fruit. Baked apple, cinnamon, gingerbread cookie dough. Beautiful chardonnay.

Great, but faint, butterscotch nose that opens to crisp, creamy flavors and tons of fruit in the mouth. Youthful fruit, but definitely has some more potential to lay down.
