Albert Boxler
Crémant d'Alsace White Blend
Beautiful balance of fruit and minerality with just a hint of cream. Great acidity and mouth feel.

Feb 27th, 2015Wonderfully balanced nice mineral notes a touch of stone fruit and creaminess. Would be an amazing paired with salmon or other fish with a nice oil content.

Jan 4th, 2018After a decade of stalking this man’s chasselas I was so thrilled to see he does a crémant. Musk, white peach, honey, and funk on the nose and palate, crisp with a long mineral and earthy finish. What’s not to love? At $27 I am really going to be skipping the champers and reaching for this more often.
