A soft, rounded take on SB, with very muted citric tones and grassy flavored. Versatile, it went well with crushed beet spaghetti with basil lemon olive oil and hazelnuts, coconut curry chicken over brown rice, and a kale Brussels sprouts salad.

Quite tart and crisp (tickles the nose) but still sweet and flavorful undertones. Kane's mouths. Little dry but still wanting more. Enjoyed sitting on porch on a hot night.
