Exemplary SCM Merlot. Quite the treat.
Winemaker's Comments: 75% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, Bates Ranch. Aromatic, ripe berry, peppery bouquet. Rich, fruity, mouthfilling, balanced, long finish. Aged in 50 gal. American oak barrels. Unfined and unfiltered. Only 84 cases produced. Bottled March, 1994.
