18’ Aesthete Dry Stack Pinot Noir. First PN from them.
Decanted it for 2 hours. Medium purple, dark ruby edges.
Nose, raspberry jam & baking spices.
This wine shows juicy, textured waves of cherry & strawberry, with an underlying earthiness & 6/10 spice box. Mid / back palate- sweet black-cherry flavors are lightly oaked, layered & spiced. It’s moderately structure with medium+ acidity. NO score tonight. Revisit again in a few years.
