The start of a journey around central and eastern NC, in search of a muscadine that doesn't suck. This was the best of what I tasted from Adams Vineyard in Willow Springs. Classified as a "non-traditional" dry muscadine, it is semi-dry. Pale lemon yellow color. Pepper candy finish. $10
