Been drinking a lot of Alto Adige whites, and this has a little more body and less acidic than some of the others, tastes of green apple/pear, and is really quite delicious.

Intense minerals. Very aromatic. Nice crispness. Pairs well with baked pecorino or as a stand-alone. Cheers

Very nice. Slightly off dry, but has a ton of minerality and earth to balance that, in a way that feels quite unique. Quite enjoyable.

Medium high body, oiliness, crunchy acidity; good persistence.
