A blend of 70% Tempranillo, 13% Cabernet and 17% Syrah (unusual grape in the region, not permitted by the neighboring Ribera del Duero appellation). Red fruit, some leather. Balanced, long, silky. Spectacular.

A little molasses and dark fruit (maybe a hint of tobacco?) on the front of the palette. Oak on the finish. Really, really spectacular.
