Really nice tension between the racy fruit and a sachet full of herbs. Bright, fresh and savory all at once. Maybe not all that complex, but so compelling.

Digging on this. ....blind I would have been Soooo stuck in the old world.....I don't drink a ton of sgl varietal Cinsault but I feel like if grenache and Pinot had a child this exact wine would be their child. Light,fleshy, acid in balance, soft fruit and a motherload of earthyness. Can Adi run for president of the US?
