Natty, effervescent Gamay

Gulpable.

A bit harsh but it’s just not for me. Tannic structure is good and nice tartness - alive but just a touch too parching in the end

He’s underselling it, imo

Hehe, thought I was getting cab franc but actually a Loire gamay. Classic - sweet tart, violet, but more body that usual. Surprisingly good with moms beef stroganoff.

Juicy sweet.

Very boojee on the nose, very light, kinda flat not too much acid, easy drinking, serve chilled. Needs a little time to open up the light fruit flavor
