I don't drink a lot of Cabs but this was perfectly fine paired with petit sirloin. Leggy and medium-bodied with a balanced profile. A bit one dimensional but drank well on its own even with no food accompaniment.

Light fresh nose, beautiful dark red color, top notes sweet currents, nice body and finishes semi dry. Should hold up well to spicy foods.
