Made with grapes from high-elevation old vines in Lujan de Cuyo. Deep Ruby with aromas of black fruits, toasty oak and subtle spice, aged for 6 months in new and used French oak. On the palate flavors of blackberry and ripe cherry with notes of herb and tobacco. Medium finish, firm tannins, ending with fruit and herb and oaky mineral character. Drink now no aging benefit.

Red plum, black licorice, espresso. The earthy notes really come out if you let it breathe. I always say how good 90+ is and this really exceeded my expectation.

I like Argentinian wines, spent a lot of time down there to appreciate a good Malbec. And Lot 23 is a really good Malbec, but most of them are. Highly recommended.
