Is my order eligible for 1 cent shipping?

Currently, 1 cent shipping is available for select orders to addresses in the continental United States.

Where will my wine be coming from?

Delectable partners directly with wineries, importers and top retailers to fulfill orders from as close to source as possible. We understand how dramatically provenance, proper storage and shipping conditions can affect wine. We are as rigorous about these factors for your orders as we would be for ourselves.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In general, orders take approximately one week to arrive. This can vary depending on weather, distance and availability. Our sourcing team will keep you informed every step along the way.

Why does someone over 21 need to be present to sign for my delivery?

This is a legal requirement for any shipped wine. For this reason, many of our customers prefer shipping to a business address.

Can I mix and match bottles?

We are not yet able to guarantee combined shipping for mixed orders. We will certainly do so whenever possible, and will adjust the shipping rate if we are indeed able to combine ship. You can of course purchase any mix of available wines you see, but they will typically have to be shipped independently.
