Mar 20th, 2023Melon, honeysuckle, citrus and a hint of guava on the nose after a few hours open. On the palate there is citrus bitterness, a tactile quality, and a sweet and flinty acidity. Like orange creamsicle made from scratch; a perfume of orange blossom coats the mouth. Unbelievable balance. As fabulous a Chenin as can be had in this price range. No doubt this will evolve nicely in the cellar.

Needs time to settle down a bit, but lots of structure with decent acidity. A bit disjointed right now.

Fun and different. I cantaloupe, honeysuckle, a bit of guava without the smell of it. Enough acid to be balanced without being lush.

Mar 30th, 2024Wow, amazing. Waxy fruit and a bit of green peaches. Then I start tang on the tongue that almost feels like bubbles but isn’t. Juicy acidity, and lots of unique flavors ranging from lychee to Chamoy and everything in between.
