Another great value from this producer, this is obviously young and tight, but enjoyable nonetheless. Red fruit, tomato leaf and tobacco with a mineral spine and herbal finish. Good with food.

Cabernet Franc from the Loire - my first red love. This has all the characteristics of the region but all wound up in a beautiful, gentle sweet aroma. Tart fruit, spice, with a mild bitter finish. This is beautiful! So well integrated for such a young entry-level wine. Unfiltered - noticed the sediment too late..Keep this one to yourself. Will revisit.

Stands out with yellow label. Smells chalky and herbal. Bitter streak, with very tart under-ripe berries.

this one is a baby....but that color is so seductive, and within an hour it’s singing “but if you try sometimes.....you’ll find......” (you get what you need.....or something like that). Tooth etching powder wash.....
