This is softly ripe sweet as hell bright red strawberries and dunking your entire fist into a bowl of whipped cream. Rosa, Rose’, Rosam is soft fruit, lacking in acidity. It’s the slightly sweet celebratory Pet Nat from Loire darlings La Grange Tiphaine. I love their wines (their Chenin will blow your mind).

Here is a mix of cab franc, cot, gamay, and grolleau. Opened on July 4th because it just felt right.
