This is a beautiful Pinot. Burgundy lover should love. I don’t mean to say it’s burgundy... it is what it is! But minerality and acidity will please and not scare burgundy lovers! 2018 was probably something I should have put to sleep 10 years, but it was still totally alive and not shut down. Can’t wait to discover more about Ceritas.

Gorgeously paired with take out feast from Charlie Bird to celebrate new family member. Had with several pastas, chicken, endive salad, faro salad, Brussels sprouts salad and cauliflower salad. Wonderful meal to celebrate new beginnings.

Probably the ‘biggest’ wine in the Ceritas Pinot lineup. Beautiful bottle with red cherry in spades. Minimal decant needed.

Medium-bodied with gentle grip (50% whole cluster), with moderate acidity. Good structure with a noticeable saline finish lingers in the mouth revealing flavors of dark cherry, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Very balanced with juicy long finish. Needed to open up. It was initially more muted. Solid pinot.
