Stone fruit tree. Wide range of plum and black cherry notes, stones, med+ acidity, dark coffee note, flavor profile is in the red-violet spectrum. Smooth medium body with fine tannin. Tight with slightly elevated fume. Will age gracefully. Would like to see it in 3-5 years.
