Light skin contact. Tasty and accessible. Peach, orange creamsicle, witbier. Great pairing with squash and fennel risotto

Candied, cidery, skin contact white with perfume of white flowers. Strikingly clean on the palate. Actually really surprising sweet and clean and grapey. Pretty sweetness and only a touch of tannin. Wanting a bit of liveliness/acid/tannin/structure.

Skin contact white. Peach, pear, some melon and tropical. Even a hint of tannins. Refreshing “orange” wine.

This would be a good entry level skin-contact white wine for folks who haven’t tried that style yet. It’s got body and grip but it’s not overly tannic and there is not the bitter finish I associate with a lot of skin-contact whites. Finishes creamy and citrusy.
