2017. Nose is initially medicinal cherry, middle is hibiscus/rose, hint of cigarette at end. Nice light body, very delicate. Salty/briny initially and a hint of sweetness at the end for balance. Would pair with seafood, squash, or anything that won't disrupt the delicate flavors coming through.
