Txomin Etxaniz
Getaria Getariako Txakolina
(pronounced chock-oh-LEE-nah). Light straw with aromas of citrus and floral notes. On the palate sour green apples and lemon citrus, floral nutty spice with lively acidity. Medium(-) finish with mineral tones, not as good as some others I tasted. Txakolina is worth trying, good ones are great!

Zesty, refreshing, and a bit of sparkle in there. Tart lemon and lime with a little minerality and just enough complexity to keep you going back. A simple wine, but a good one.
