The Gadabout California White Blend

Initially comes across very autolytic...seems to be some lactobacillus too. Wild wine. The roussanne seems prominent. An interesting wine but not as good as other Donkey & Goat wines I’ve had.

I enjoyed this. But the referment is a little nuts. This is basically a pet Nat. Drink as such.

Loved this wine. Lovely tartness and complex light flavors. Paired with Thanksgiving leftovers beautifully.

Sage, leaves of grass, fresh river water. Lovely, piney bouquet.

Mmmmmm love this. Love the bubbles and zippy quality. Light grapefruit. Some of that herbaceousness, but well balanced with cloves and just a breezy wind, really.

Like a Jack Johnson song on a lazy beach day.

Pear, apricot, ripe apples. Oxidized quality to it and some nice fizz. Easy drinking and tasty. Love how it doesn’t taste to natty. So much sediment that I had to clean the neck of the bottle.

I love this producer but not a big fan of sparkling wines, if you like Prosecco’s you will like this

Full bodied. Love it.

Bright, apples, green grapes, acidic, a bit of a carbonated feel

Funky liquid minerals and acid....
On the nose, wet rock, lemon curd. In the mouth, roundness, lemon, minerals and also a sharp acidity. Medium finish. Significantly better with some Mediterranean food.
