Beginning to open up, with satisfying depth and profundity. Less fruit than Servoisine but more minerals and earth.

Not as forward and generous as the Servoisine, but clearly holding back lot of material. Modern style but not antiseptic and soulless. A real Pinot Noir aromas, very ripe, great weight and density without too much new oak. Bit too polished on the surface, but not hollow like the most new world wines.
