On the palate flavors of blackberry and blueberry currants with vanilla, oak, cacao and leather. Firm tannins, long finish ending with a spicy oak character. Let this age a bit.

Great cab blend! Very smooth, very dark fruits with sweetness that ends in a tannic, dry, spiced finish. Had it with oven roasted salmon in white wine sauce, lentil salad, and green cabbage seaweed slaw.
