No. 3 in the White Burgundy Grand Cru lineup tasted blind. Nutty caramel note, muted fruit at this stage. Piercing intensity on the palate. Powerful. Wonderful. So much potential. I expect fireworks in 5 to 10 years for those lucky enough to be holding a bottle. The class of Chevalier shining through.
