Day 4 in Napa in the books! Running a day behind on notes...Napa time runs slow AND fast!
Oxidative and really good. Similar to the ‘08 I opened a few months back. Nutty, great honey/creamy texture. Caramel and roasted cashews. I enjoy these younger vs the JSchram.

Dark gold color. Crisp and nutty. Excellent flavor and high quality. Very similar to the Moet Imperial from the night before.
