Complexity and grace- this is some of the best SB in the world. The nose is layered with sweet honey lemon, herbaceous mint and thyme, New tobacco and melon. Simply grand. Palette is nuanced and well built. Balanced acidity. Finish is off-dry and long. My only gripe with this wine is how high the alcohol is-15%! 😳 Still... this is an incredible wine that is an honor to drink.
