Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Lovely aromatics. Bell pepper/jalapeño. More green on the nose than palate. Beautifully balanced. Ripe tannin. For filet mignon or rack of lamb.

Tasted 3/20. Especially nice. Big rich Napa $43 88-89

Too much bell pepper / herbaceous notes for me. Needs to age but otherwise well balanced

A hint of a genuine Napa fruit, but the concentration is not there. A deficiency is not the same thing as a restraint.
