From De Moor. A great take on a southern french wine that tastes more like De Moor than a white from the south. Mineral, slight oxidation and herbs.

Generally great, but can taste a little weird if you pair it with the wrong thing—I didn’t like it with a strong and sharp cheddar mac n cheese, but I enjoyed it with a ratatouille.

Reductive nose on opening eventually settled down, revealing apple and yellow fruit notes. Somewhat velvety, round, and perfumed, but I found it a bit thin overall. 🤷♀️
