Monastero Suore Cistercensi
Coenobium Ruscum Lazio Bianco Trebbiano Blend
First "orange" wine I've ever purchased. Thought this was a really nice wine for summertime, especially for those who typically prefer dry reds. Drank it slightly above typical white temperature (took it out of the fridge and let it sit for 30 min) and it was perfect!

Aug 2nd, 2018A trip through autumn. Apple skin, orange zest, really dig the fir-like quality. It's herbal and still retains a freshness. Only mild tannin, but pretty viscous
