Delightfully smooth with lemon, rich pear, almond and hazelnut, and just a hint of buttery croissant. Excellent balance of fruit and richness. Thoroughly enjoyed the medium finish as the richer nutty flavors come through. Paired with grilled chicken and Asian vinaigrette salad which shows sparkling wine goes with just about anything. ($24)
