A more lifted and brighter expression, I felt that its lively structure, brisk tannin, and lively acid make for a compellingly refreshing wine. Depth and structure seem a little lighter in this bottle. On day two it was showing much better, letting the CO2 blow off significantly.

Nice fresh Teroldego at this stage. Young but therefor a perfect pairing with the braised veal with hollandaise/ bearnaise sauce. Added a kind of sparkle to the dish. I will keep the other bottles for some years but if you can give it a try at this stage!

Few more appropriately named wines, the namesake pomegranate profile is fresh, full of acidity and refreshing.

Outstanding. Thanks to my good friend @Todd Abrams. Has a little funkiness at first but it blows off and an incredible wine shows. Concentrated purple color that is so deep. A very young wine that is approachable right now but will be fun to watch it age.

Perhaps the best Teroldigo. Nice fruit, needs some extra years and air.
