Aromatically closed at first, opening up very gradually. Fairly austere fruit component, lots of salt-preserved lemon character. Not lacking in concentration, just tight and yet to fully reveal fruit. But the minerality is bracing and lends the wine a certain purity. Needs another year in bottle.
