A bolder pinot noir with a medium ruby colour. The medium intensity on the nose has notes of red cherry, plum, cassis, some nutmeg, tobacco and strangely, a hint of band-aid. The body is heavier for a pinot, on the medium side with fresh acidity that shines over the soft tannins. It is on the higher alcohol end for a pinot noir (13.5%) and has surprisingly intense flavours. Juicy red cherries, cranberry, cassis, some oak, bay leaf and dried leaves are on the palate with a beautiful long finish with discrete notes of vanilla. A very nice expressive and dynamic wine!

Barnyard funk on the nose. Dried cranberry, savory mushrooms, French oak, cinnamon, clove, minerals, cocoa, with medium tannins and high acid on the palate. Solid structure from start to finish.
