Baby Orange wine with an intriguing story! Apricots, white flowers, chamomile & appropriately a bit of orange rind! went perfectly with local grouper, faro, and roasted cauliflower!

Extended skin contact white wine from the nuns, advised by Paolo Beal. Looks like cognac in the glass. Tastes like dried apricot, rosemary, it is tannic and structured. Unique and delicious.

Yellow flower and French baguette on the nose. Medium rich on the palate. Good with richer seafood. Great with cream based pasta dishes. Excellent with white asparagus, morels, hollandaise!!!!
