Zeltinger Schlossberg Schmitt Auslese Riesling

JL Selbach tasting 11/16/17. Lowest part of Schlossberg. Very sweet abs honeyed great floral nose and sunshine and warmth. Good body abs long honeyed complex finish. Traditional method of picking on just one day rather than passes based on ripeness. Yum.

Pear and rich, ripe stone fruit. Fairly complex. Good intensity and focus. Will be better in 15 years as fruit fades and acidity becomes more prominent I think.
