Nov 16th, 2021Quite well balanced, mild eureka lemon and lemon curd notes with some secondary suggestions of white flowers, a whiff of salt air. Medium plus body, soft and graceful with good balancing acidity.

This was quite nice! The taste is like biting into a fresh white peach dipped in vanilla yogurt. So well made and only 13.4 ABV. Bravo! California chard is Fiyah for me lately!!!
