This needed a bunch of air as well as being allowed to warm up and then…Wow! Layered and complex. Honeysuckle, so beautiful. A great showing!

We drink lots of Chards so this is different, a more yellow and exotic fruit profile, some spices, honey, just enough acidity to have balance and support that roundness and richness. 90-91
Nez de fruits jaunes, un peu plus exotiques aussi, ananas, miel, juste assez de tension pour supporter cette rondeur. Assez riche et different des Chardos bien sur, bel équilibre malgré tout et savoureux.
