Tradition Alsace Pinot Noir

Earthy, green, raspberry, stemmy spice, clove, slight menthol/fresh leaves, tea, a little medicinal note, light bodied, mouthwatering acidity and a long fresh finish. I’m a fan. Absolutely killing it with bbq’d pork loin and chicken 😋
