Twin’s 5th Birthday!! PnP. Dark red color. Awesome nose of oak, dark cherries, and subtle hints of vanilla. Wine has medium depth with cherries, anise, and earth. Finish is a little harsh and sour with some tea, but very good for the price. Probably at prime drinking age. Glad I have 3 more bottles!

Fairly tight and highish acid right out of the bottle. Shows really well with some air. Crunchy dark fruit, currant, judicious oak, good freshness, nice clean structure. Prob one of the better values in Napa Cab at $50. Will definitely improve in the cellar. Thanks Obama.

Stunning and great value. Gorgeous fruit nose and just so supple and approachable. Just a delicious drinkable wine. At the price I’m pretty happy and impressed.

Not your typical Napa Cab (in a good way). Medium + body, restrained fruit, nice earthiness. Great balance of fruit, savory notes, acid and tannin. Frenchy. Should get even better.

Need time for these tannins. Not showing as great as other 2014s at this time. Nose was more of a Bordeaux for me.
The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon the Ranch is blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot and the rest Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
