With time becomes really expressive, but at first skrate black pepper. Unfolds to more tobacco, dried herbs, cranberry, black raspberry, violets after rain, dill. Crunchy, lively, a little prickle that blows off this is why cf unbeatable for me

A little tight and reluctant nose but oh so fresh. The match with reverses seared ongelet de veau was heavenly. Finally the veal that made France famous. A true master chef at work here.

Delicious and approachable. Excellent QPR in my opinion. Gamay-like flavours with its juicy blackberries, but had the giveaway herbaceous note of a cab franc. Wish I had ordered more.
